You can connect your wallet after registering an account with your email address. Once the wallet is connected, your NFT collection in the wallet will be synced to the Gemie Metaverse. Then, if you own a Gemie wearable in the wallet, your Gemie avatar will be able to wear it.

No. One account can only be connected to one wallet.

You can change your account password in the log-in page through “Forget Password”, or in the settings page through “Change Password”.

You can purchase Gemie NFT in the “Store” page.

You can connect your wallet first and use it to purchase Gemie NFT. However, after your wallet has been connected to your account, you cannot use another wallet to purchase NFT.

Because it takes time to verify blockchain transactions, you will need to wait for a short moment before seeing the purchased NFT in your wallet.

If the NFT has a maximum purchase quantity limit, users can only purchase the NFT at a quantity within that limit.

Once you’ve successfully logged in and connected your wallet, you can enter the Gemie Metaverse through the “Enter World” button on the top right corner of the homepage.

It usually takes 15 minutes for a newly purchased NFT to be reflected in the Gemie Metaverse. If you don’t see you NFT in the Gemie Metaverse after 15 minutes, you can manually refresh the NFT data for it to appear.

Most Gemie NFTs can be used in the Gemie Metaverse. If any Gemie NFT cannot be used in the metaverse, we will inform our users in the product description.

We do not recommend transferring your NFTs that are still in progress to another wallet because it might cause bugs to happen.

When you login, your wallet will automatically sync with Gemie Metaverse. If your wallet balance is updated, you will receive a message from our system regarding the changes. The message can be found in your Gemie’s mailbox.
